An auto dialer that keeps your agents talking
Upload your call list and CloudCall dials the numbers for your team. Agents stop copying numbers and start talking. Every call gets an outcome, a script on screen, and a WhatsApp or SMS follow up if you want one.
Or hand the whole list to an AI voice agent and let it make the calls on its own.
What you get with Auto Dialer
Three dialing speeds
Let the agent read the contact and dial themselves, have the next number dial the second an agent is free, or dial several numbers ahead and connect the ones that answer. Pick the speed that fits the list.
Let an AI agent make the calls
Point an AI voice agent at the same list. It dials, talks, records the outcome, and passes a call to a person the moment it needs to.
Your own call outcomes
Set your own colour-coded outcomes for each campaign: Sale, Call back, Not interested, Do not call, whatever you track.
Mark the outcome on the call
Agents pick the outcome while still on the line, not from memory after hanging up.
A script on the agent's screen
Show each agent what to say for that campaign, with the contact's name already filled in.
Upload a list in seconds
Drop in an Excel or CSV file and the campaign is ready to run.
Retry limits
Every attempt is counted, and a number stops being dialed once it hits the limit you set.
Book callbacks during the call
Set the callback while you are still on the call, assigned to an agent, so it is not forgotten.
WhatsApp and SMS follow ups
Send a ready-made WhatsApp message during the call, and set rules that text or WhatsApp a contact by themselves based on how the call went.
Export the whole campaign
Download every contact to Excel or CSV with its status, outcome, number of attempts, agent and notes.
Three speeds, so the pace fits the list.
For a small, high value list, the agent should read the record first, so they dial by hand. For a steady list, the next number should dial the moment an agent is free. For a big list, the system should dial several numbers ahead and connect the ones that pick up, which is what roughly triples the number of conversations an agent has in an hour.
- By hand: the agent sees the contact, then dials
- Auto: the next contact dials on its own
- Dial ahead: connect the calls that answer
- AI agent: the list runs with no agent at all
Auto Dialer questions
Straight answers about Auto Dialer, in plain language.
01What are the three dialing speeds?
By hand: the agent sees the contact and dials. Auto, also called power dialing: the next contact dials as soon as an agent is free. Dial ahead: the system dials several numbers before the team is ready and connects the ones that answer to a free agent. Dial ahead gives the most talk time per hour.
02Can the dialer skip numbers on a do not call list?
Yes. A built in do-not-call list means blocked numbers are never dialed, and your agents can also mark a number as do not call during a call.
03Can it follow up automatically after the call?
Yes. Rules can send an SMS or WhatsApp message on their own based on how the call went or how long it lasted, for example when nobody picks up, with nothing for the agent to do.
04Can an AI agent run the campaign instead of a person?
Yes. An AI voice agent works from the same call list, dialing, talking and recording outcomes on its own, and passing a call to a live agent when it needs one.
